Comprehensive quality management is an integral part of our corporate culture. We keep our eye out for top quality long before the actual product is created.
Paying intense attention to minimising the risk of subsequent faulty operations and potential sources of errors during production and assembly already during design and development stages is self-evident for us.
Close collaboration and coordination with our customers during design of applications and systems as well as extensive customer care in many and many different, projects, enables us to address also entirely new issues in a structured and planned manner.
Our long-standing relationships to our customers testify to the high level of confidence they place in the quality of our products.
Of course we consistently carry this approach over to production. Every material is inspected on reception, there are constant quality checks during production as well as final inspections including function and pressure test before delivery.
Furthermore, to us quality also means reliability in the commercial management, on-time deliveries as well as providing service and support for our customers throughout the entire product life-cycle.
And as there’s no resting on your laurels when it comes to quality. It needs perpetual renewal and so we are continuously improving our internal processes as much as our range of products.
