Safety regulations and quality requirements demand pressure or burst testing of pressurized components to verify the computational design.

Particularly in case of an irregular need, small production runs or if a short-term implementation is necessary, running an own test system is mostly not competitive.

We offer pressure and burst testing for up to 10,000 bar - whether for a single piece or an entire production run. Just get in touch with us.
For pressure and burst testing of large components we offer a mobile service as well. Depending on the available equipment we will provide pressure generators, measuring devices as well as the necessary accessories and perform the tests on site at your premises.

The Pressure Equipment Directive demands regular over-pressure test for many pressure devices. As various systems are not able generate this over-pressure on their own, here too, our mobile service is a competitive alternative for larger components. The needed pressure will be generated on-site so that (re-) certification can be done by certification body.
