Since failures and problems stubbornly refuse to occur only during normal business hours, especially when systems are expected to work around-the-clock, we offer short-term emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Just call our emergency hotline at +49(0)40/3999707-77. A trained technician will attempt to narrow down the problem as far as possible and try to rectify the problem over the phone. If this is not possible, one of our staff will come to your location to fix the problem, immediately, if desired. Required tools and spare parts will be brought along, subject to availability.
